“ I highly recommend trying the dumplings at this place in California theyre the best in town! The food is absolutely delicious, but what really sets this place apart is the exceptional service from the owners. You can tell they put a lot of care into making each dumpling, crafting them one by one with attention to detail. I always make sure to come back here whenever Im in the area. And while youre there, make sure to try the rose tteokbokki its a musttry dish! ”
“ Mandu Korean dumplings lovers rejoice! CHD sits inside a food court at this new North Park HMart, but this greatly exceeded my typical mediocre food court experience. These mandu are delicious . Each mandu is freshly made with a crispy seared crust and a good fillingtodough ratio not overfilled or too much skin. The sampler platter is the best value for firsttimers or someone who likes their variety. The jalapeno and shrimp mandus packed the best flavors and texture. As a small aside, they do provide very little dipping sauce so recommend asking for at least a couple of sauce containers. Next time youre craving a quick meal, CHDs plump, juicy, and craveable Korean dumplings should do the trick. They even have large sets of frozen dumplings you can take home with you. Definitely something I look forward to having again soon. ”

Rose Tteokbokki so creamy, cheesy, smoky, chewy and spicy. Has tiny sausages mixed in. Flavortown Surprised me of how good this is!! Pork Mandu Korean Dumplings pan fried with a crispy seared crust steamed handmade good fillingtodough ratio dip the mandu in the Tteokbokki sauce. The pickled radish is refreshing and crisp. So good! Love the bright yellow color, which is from turmeric. ”

Kinda felt bad for the katsu place next door. mix of dumpling was also good. The mandus have really chewy covers, which I really liked. The chili pepper and shrimp mandus were my favorites. Service was meh. We ordered 3 dishes but they know gave us one napkin. Also they forgot to give us dumpling dipping sauce. I had to go back to the counter to ask for these. ”
